How I work…

I offer sessions on Mondays 12 - 7pm, Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 9am and 4pm. I work with adults aged 18 and over. Face to face sessions are held in my therapy space in Dersingham (near King’s Lynn, Norfolk), I also work online via Microsoft Teams, or on the phone. Sessions are 60 minutes.

I offer short-term and long-term work, there is no set number of sessions. We will regularly review our work together, checking how things are going. We work at a pace that is guided by you and with what you want to bring.

I feel hesitant to write a list of areas I work with because there are so many, and just because something isn’t included in my list, it doesn’t mean we can’t work with it. However, clients often bring issues around anxiety, relationships, identity and gender, neurodivergence, work stress, making decisions, depression, low self-esteem or loss. If you’re unsure, please feel you can get in touch and ask. And some people just know they don't feel ok but are not sure why - that’s fine to bring too.

My core training is person-centred which means I aim to offer a space which welcomes you and all your feelings as they are in that moment. Being heard and feeling understood by another person is incredibly important and can be a catalyst for change and growth.
